Synopsis
The superhero training for the fifty-state initiative gets underway. The Punisher breaks into the Baxter Building and steals the plans for the Negative Zone prison Number 42. When a pair of villains show up to join Cap's side, the Punisher shoots them. Cap beats on the Punisher, who refuses to fight back. Cap's team makes it to Number 42 only to find that it is a trap. Hulkling, however, has been impersonating Hank Pym, and the prisoners incarcerated in Number 42 have been freed to fight on Cap's side.
