- Reggie brags that his new pen can write underwater. Jughead responds by saying that his pen can write on water. Reggie tells Jughead to prove it, so Jughead sits down on a frozen lake, puts a piece of paper on the ice and starts writing on the paper.

- Jughead tells Reggie that he can prepare him for the ski season. Reggie says it's a deal and hands Jughead some money. Jughead puts some ice cubes on a chair and tells Reggie to sit on them. When Reggie asks how this will prepare him for the ski season, Jughead says that it will prepare him for sitting on the icy ski lifts.
