Synopsis

Synopsis
Popeye sets out to dig a railroad tunnel through Black Mountain. The hermit who lives at the mountain top tricks Popeye into digging a useless zig-zag tunnel which releases a growth inducing water from the mountain, and the hermit drinks some and grows 20-feet tall.
