- Synopsis
- Air Corps pilot Ralph proposes to Helen but is shipped off to fight in the Korean War before they can wed. While he’s gone, Helen receives part of his salary. She dates Tom and when Ralph is reported killed in action, Helen accepts Tom's marriage proposal, and spends Ralph’s money on furniture, a new car, etc. Ralph, who had been missing in action, returns on Helen’s wedding day and is angry. Tom, unaware of where Helen was getting her money, breaks off their engagement. Helen works hard and repays Ralph, who tells Tom what she did. Tom and Helen are reunited.
