The planet "Green Lantern" has NO Green Lantern powers, it takes the name in honor of Hal Jordan. The "imitation" characters are constructed by the planet. The GCD only lists Frank Giacioia as inker in the original story but the Archive credits Frank Giacoia and Joe Giella as inkers.
