Synopsis

Synopsis
President Flingo of Karma insists that the Three Dimwits are the men he is looking for, so Flash must prove he is wrong by capturing the three real criminals. However, Winky, Blinky and Noddy are kidnapped by them, so the Scarlet Speedster must travel to Karma to rescue them.
