On inside front cover in black and white.
This story was illustrated by Morris Gollub. Uncle Smokey, Ricky and the dog rebel are drawn in the same style that we see in the following issue No.5 which is identified as Gollub's work. The most telling features are the smoothness of the action of both animals and humans and the curved lines showing the direction of motion.
Story continues on inside back cover and back cover. Inside back cover is in black and white. The artwork is the same as the previous story and was executed by the same artist, Morris Gollub. Again we see the same solid drawing on the animals, also the curved lines showing the direction of motion and the similarity in the characters.
