Synopsis
Two young horse rustlers are working High Valley where Champion watches over the purebred stock. The rustlers capture Champion. Rebel frees Champion. Champion rescues Ricky from a cougar. Ricky captures the thieves, and Champ frees the colts.

Written as "Champion and the Raiders of High Valley."

The art is clearly the work of Morris Gollub, the lead characters of Uncle Smokey, Ricky and the dog Rebel are all drawn in typical Gollub style. Compare to Issue No 5 of this series.
