Synopsis
Robbie is confronted by the man who shot him, a man whose daughter was killed in the Stamford explosion. Now willing to register in accordance with the law, he is freed from prison. He burns his Speedball uniform and has a new costume made--one that has spikes on both the inside and the outside causing him terrible pain when he wears it. Speedball, one of the happy-go-luckiest heroes in the Marvel Universe, becomes Penance.
