Synopsis

Bill and Kitty are later killed in a plane crash. When Pierre arranges to care for their orphaned 4-year-old daughter Elaine, Dorothy walks out on him. She gets a job and a new boyfriend, loser Bob. When Kitty falls ill, Bob can't be bothered but Pierre shows up and she asks him to take her back.

Synopsis

When his father finds out and angrily strikes him, Tom runs away and is hit by a car and injured. Learning Wilma and Martha are planning to leave, Tom goes home and begs them to stay: a happy family is formed.
