- Synopsis
- Receptionist Ruth falls in love with Bruce, her company’s former representative to South America. She discards her boyfriend Dick, over the objections of her mother, who’s afraid Ruth will ruin her life with the wrong man. Bruce has to return to South America and asks Ruth to marry him and come along, but she’s unsure. Her Aunt Meg says Ruth should follow her heart, buys Ruth a ticket, and drives her to the boat so she can be with Bruce.
