Synopsis
Silas Pettigrew hated sleep because he couldn't stay awake, and he hated the Sandman because he was a symbol of sleep. But when Silas is falsely accused of murdering a Policeman, the Sandman steps into the picture, and, with the accidental help of Pettigrew, puts the criminals behind bars and restores a normal existence to Silas.
