Synopsis
The JSA deals with the surprise arrival of Mr. America, while a fight between The Fourth Reich and Hawkman interrupts a Heywood family picnic. Back at JSA headquarters, Starman may hold the key to the connection between these events.

Starman recalls killing Kenz Nuhor in self-defense, an act for which the Legion of Super-Heroes member was expelled from the group on a vote of 10 to 9 in Adventure Comics #342. The background to the final page depicts events from the Kingdom Come series.
