Synopsis
While Captain America tries to goad Frank into a fist fight, the Punisher reflects on an encounter he had with Captain America in Vietnam and why he refuses to battle the heroic icon. Bridge tracks down Clarke, little knowing that the mad inventor is actually protecting the Punisher and arming him for upcoming battles.
