While the first story from Incredible Hulk #3 is reprinted in MWOM #5, and the second full story is reprinted in this issue, the 3-pg "Origin of the Hulk" inbetween them is not, most probably because readers of this weekly would have known it well by this time, unlike those of the original bimonthly Hulk title.
