Happy Hogan is based on pro wrestler-turned-actor Nat Pendleton; Pepper Potts is based on actress Ann B. Davis. [per Henry Kujawa]

First part of story which is a stand alone story that features the introduction of Happy Hogan and Pepper Potts (but 'Pepper' is changed to 'Kitty' in one panel of this reprint). Has a new splash page which is actually panel 3 from page 10 of Tales of Suspense #46 (October 1963) this is because the original splash page featured Jack Frost who doesn't appear in this part of the story.
