Synopsis
Peter could use the $5,000 reward, so Spidey sets out to capture The Schemer. He eventually finds him in his fancy car but keeps falling off it. Schemer arrives at the Kingpin's mansion and confronts him; Vanessa intervenes. Spider-Man has followed Schemer, breaks in, and has a brief tiff with Kingpin before both realize that Schemer - and Vanessa - have vanished.

Synopsis
Tony, in his Iron Man armor, goes to the hospital to see an ailing Happy, but he has been abducted by the Black Knight. A weakened Iron Man battles the Black Knight in and around a castle on the outskirts of Washington. Both are injured in a fall. Iron Man radios for help and Happy is rescued by the emergency services. As they take Happy away they fail to see Iron Man collapsed on the floor and in distress. Meanwhile, Senator Boyd continues to issue threats against Stark for not revealing the secret of Iron Man's armor.
