Synopsis
The team investigate the disappearance of Snake Eyes' body. Storm Shadow interrupts Major Bludd's attempted assassination of the American Vice President in Australia, who alludes to having killed another Joe. Flint, Roadblock, Kamakura, and Shipwreck raid a L.A. Branch of Cobra, but also fail to gain any information.

Duke has been captured in South America, by a man called Colonel Calvin, who is a former Crimson Guard member who has taken control of a B.A.T. facility and is preparing warheads.

In Mongolia, Sei Tin, posing as T'JBang continues his plan to resurrect Snake Eyes.
