Synopsis
T'Challa uncovers a connection between the Dragon Circle and the Ku Klux Klan. Infiltrating a Klan meeting, he finds out that the Dragon Circle is an offshoot of the Klan. He is discovered and does battle with the Soul Strangler and the Klan.
