Synopsis
Rom breaks Steve and Brandy out of Clairton County Jail, little realizing that Steve has been replaced by a Wraith. Rom heads to Washington D.C. to get his neutralizer back but is set upon by the U.S. Air Force. Distracted by his aerial battle, Rom is blasted with a paralyzing beam and captured by Dr. Sweet.
