Synopsis
While Superman is busy with an injured Lois, Preus comes to the US from Kandor and creates a following. A mysterious man (Gog) grants power to a young boy who works for a repossession company. The Martian Manhunter confronts Preus, but is overcome.

Synopsis
Clark's troubles continue at the Daily Planet, as he finds out that Jimmy took his old job. After getting some time off to help Lois recover, they visit his folks in Smallville, with Lana and Conner also visiting. A repo-man comes to repossess Jonathan Kent's truck, but when confronted turns into a super-strong giant, attacking Conner. Superman arrives to confront this Repo Man.

Synopsis
The Repo Man has attacked Superman and Superboy in Smallville. After punching Superman far away from the scene, he threatens the family. Superboy calls in Krypto to distract Repo Man, and Superman returns. But Repo Man reverts back to the boy he was, and is knocked unconscious. Superboy finds some yellowish Kryptonite near the boy. Jimmy Olsen sneaks into Preus' compound, but is warned by the captured Martian Manhunter to get away (too late).

Synopsis
Preus has captured both the Martian Manhunter and Jimmy Olsen, and uses Jimmy's watch to signal Superman. He is attacked by missiles, then by a suicide bomber, and by a mob of Preus' followers. Finally, Preus himself attacks. Superman manages to free Jimmy and the Martian Manhunter, and then tries to use Kryptonite on Preus with no success. The Martian Manhunter senses that something in Preus' armor is helping him, so Superman pulls it off, weakening Preus to the edge of death. Superman takes him to Metropolis to try to get to S.T.A.R. Labs to save his life, but is confronted by Gog.

Synopsis
Gog reveals that he lost his parents in the first Doomsday fight, and blames Superman. An army of Gogs plucked from time now attacks Superman. Doomsday joins the fight on Superman's side. Superman attacks Gog one more time, but loses. Gog then imagines a future where Superman, though beaten, refuses to take a life. Gog goes back and heals Superman at the point of the end of the original fight, which enables Superman to defeat that Gog. Superman then rushes to Smallville to find the Gog attacking there already dead. The present-day Gog finds something and slips away.
