Synopsis
Selina learns of a drug smuggling operation that uses kids from the East End as cover. She targets Dexter Garcia, a low level dealer who's running the kids, convincing him to give up his boss, Xavier Dylan. Garcia takes it upon himself to kidnap Dylan and beat him before turning him into the police. Unknown to Selina or Garcia, the sergeant and officer interrogating the dealer are dirty and work for Dylan.

Synopsis
Holly is investigating David G., a new drug dealer in the East End and realizes he's an undercover cop. She follows him to a warehouse where he meets Sgt. MacNalty, Detective Farley, and Detective Rickett. When David G. refuses to cooperate with MacNalty, MacNalty has Farley kill him. When Holly gasps, Rickett and Farley give chase to Holly and shoot her in the shoulder.

Synopsis
Selina rescues Holly from Rickett and Farley and takes her to Leslie Thompkins to be treated. Crispus Allen is assigned to oversee the investigation of the murder of the undercover cop, which displeases MacNalty and Lt. Matthews. Detective Farrucci tells Selina and Slam Bradley off the record that he had heard that dirty cops have taken over the East End drug trade, and someone high up the ladder is covering for them. MacNalty, Rickett, and Farley claim Holly killed the undercover cop and issue a police artist's sketch of her to the media.

Synopsis
Crispus Allen continues to investigate the death of the undercover cop, while MacNalty, Rickett, and Farley continue to try to find Holly, the only witness who can identify them as the killers. Selina visits a fence to get some information about where a big drop involving the dirty cops is occurring. He request a favor in return. Selina sticks a tracer on a GCPD armored vehicle and follows it to a parking garage. She detonates it during the handoff, destroying the drugs it was carrying, then in the confusion steals the payment--millions in uncut diamonds.

Synopsis
Selina approaches Crispus Allen and offers him a deal. She'll give him MacNalty and a bunch of bad cops, if he promises to help clear Holly Robinson's name. Selina offers Xavier Dylan the option to pay money to get his diamonds back. She fakes evidence that Officer Rickett is working for a rival mob. MacNalty is sent after Slam Bradley; whose office is bugged by Bradley, Selina, and Allen. They get MacNalty to admit on tape that he shot the narc. Selina busts into the room as things start to get out of hand and MacNaulty is shot. Dylan is revealed to be working for Black Mask.

Synopsis
Rebecca Robinson is on trial for a crime she pleads innocent to. She recalls being caught in a car accident that killed the driver. Rebecca didn't know there was also a body in the trunk; when she woke in the hospital she had been charged with murder as an accomplice. Selina breaks her out of custody when she's being transported by armored vehicle. She gives her a passport and hair dye for her to get out of the country. She reveals herself to be Selina Kyle. Rebecca remembers saving Selina from being attacked by two boys when they were younger.

Synopsis
Several mobsters discuss Catwoman. One thinks she's a crimefighter, one thinks she's Batman's lover, and one thinks she's a crook. Holly and Karon discuss Catwoman. Holly thinks she's a savior, among other things. The story ends with Catwoman busting-up the mobsters. She tells them to tell their boss, Junior Galante, the head of Gotham's Mafia, that the price of doing business in Gotham's East End just went up.
