Synopsis
The Changers, lead by John Cumberland, attempt to eliminate the concept of scarcity by destroying symbols of authority and giving people a mechanism that will give them anything they want. Stormwatch, except for Jenny Sparks, attempt to capture the group, but Henry Bendix orders their deaths with a biological weapon. Sparks attempts to kill Bendix, and Cumberland dies attempting to pierce Skywatch's force field.

Synopsis
Stormwatch continues to investigate illegal genetic modification of humans on US soil. Jackson King, the new Weatherman, has Stormwatch Black, now officially disavowed, invade Pavane, Louisiana. Fahrenheit and Hellstrike start dating, and Fuji reveals his gaseous form allows him to have an orgasm every five minutes. Henry Bendix is alive and under protection of I/O.
