Todd Klein colors credit from Todd Klein himself via his blog, Kleinletters feature Pulled from My Files #92, September 17, 2018 (https://kleinletters.com/Blog/pulled-from-my-files-92-dc-comics-presents-a…, retrieved 17 September 2018). Klein volunteered to do the coloring when Dick Giordano came into the Production Department at DC requesting help from someone to do painted coloring for the cover. It was his only cover coloring work for DC.

Synopsis
Tired of losing to their Superman, the Luthors of Earth-1 and Earth-2 trade places to take on each other's Superman. When they are defeated, they escape and travel to Earth-3 to team up with Ultraman with a new plan that threatens to destroy Earth-1 and Earth-2. The two Superman team up with a new Earth-3 hero to stop the villains.
