Synopsis
Spider-Man helps the Fantastic Four take down a giant mummy, but thanks to bad press in the Daily Bugle, the super team is still unsure whether the web slinger is a good guy or a bad guy. When Spider-Man and Invisible Girl are stuck in a bank being robbed by Electro, Spider-Man accidentally punches Sue because he can't see her. The rest of the Fantastic Four arrive and decide to accost Spider-Man instead of the real villain thinking he knocked Sue out on purpose. When Sue comes around, the mistake is cleared up and Electro is taken down.

Synopsis
Spider-Man heads over to the Fantastic Four to join the team as a way of making a little cash. Rather than being rebuffed (as he was in ASM #1), he joins the team and they officially become the Fantastic Five. The team battles a number of familiar villains but, during a trip to the Moon where Invisible Girl was left behind, Namor arrives and captures Sue thanks to the Puppet Master's manipulations. The rest of the team come to her rescue but Sue decides to stay with Namor as his queen and the five become four once again.
