Synopsis
On Earth 31 the future is bleak. Lex Luthor has maintained marshal law for years, with a compliant Superman not rebelling for fear of causing widespread death. Batman, with help from his protógé Catgirl, frees Atom and Flash. With their help, and the help of others, he plans to return freedom to Earth by going up against Luthor, Brainiac, and his thralls Superman, Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel.
