Synopsis
Ray Palmer and his colleague David Dorman discover that the heretofore-unknown X-Element is decaying, and because it is vital to all chemical reactions, it will disrupt the laws of physics and cause untold chaos around the world. As the entire Justice League begins to face the crisis, alien beings called the Treasurers arrive and offer their help -- for a price.
