Indexer Notes

Spotlight on the Tarantula, with an origin recap. Explains why he and the Simon & Kirby Sandman have similar costumes. Versus Thor, from the Sandman story "The Villain from Valhalla!" in Adventure Comics (1938 series) #75 (June 1942).

Indexer Notes

Includes letters from Delmo Walters Jr., William Kent, Don Sever, and Lee Allred reviewing All-Star Squadron #14. Last page shared with DC Coming Comics ad.

The term "retroactive continuity" appears in these letter pages, apparently its first time in print, credited here to an unnamed fan at Adam Malin's Creation Convention in San Diego "a few months back." (Note originally from Per Orion Ussner Kidder.)
