Synopsis
An evil, former Sheik in Bagdad (sic) learns that the true Sheik, once thought dead, is alive and well, living in exile in Gotham City as a cab driver, so he travels to Gotham to find this man and kill him. But when the real Sheik is injured and taken to a hospital, Batman takes over driving the man's cab in disguise and is taken prisoner by the evil Omar El Kobra, who believes Bruce Wayne to be the man they are after.
