Synopsis

Earth Mother, Rubber Brother, Phantom Jungle Girl and B-50 are ambushed by the Fracas Four, while Megaton Man, Nicole and X-Ray Boy watch on TV from across town. X-Ray Boy is the victim of a sting by the Feds, intent on learning the secret of his glasses.
