Synopsis
As World War II is happening on Earth-1, the Monitor's satellite appears above unbeknownst to all below. The Monitor then appears before the ghost of General Jeb Stewart on the spirit plane, as the general becomes aware of him as both continue to view the haunted tank and its crew in action.
