Originally credited Irv Novick. Artwork identical to several signed Clem/Pen stories, and has the typical long Weisbecker faces with angular chin.
Originally credited to Clem Gretter. His style is different when compared with signed story in US Marines Comics #1. This story could be Clem Weisbecker on pencils, but none of his long, angular chinned faces are found, and it loos more like Novick. Clem and Pen had many of the stories in this feature. All three are credited by Jerry Bails' Who's .
The "Suzie" feature starting in this issue of Pep Comics is in addition to the feature's appearances in Suzie Comics (Archie, 1945 Series).
