Synopsis
Mr. Fantastic turns to X-Factor for help and tells them that Mephisto has captured Sue. Mephisto confronts X-Factor and offers them their wildest dreams if they would but give him one soul. When the team resists, he beats them soundly and Jean Grey offers to trade her soul for that of Invisible Woman.
