Synopsis
The Surfer returns to his home planet and reunites with his lost love only to find that Shalla-Bal is now the empress of his world and has little time for personal matters. The Skrulls arrive and demand an alliance with Zenn-La and the Surfer agrees to help his people weather the coming Kree-Skrull war.
