Synopsis
Stephanie Harrington, Dave Landers and Jenny Swensen battle the paranormal muggers Pinhead and Spotty. They are unable to defeat Spotty until the current wielder of the Star Brand, Jacob Burnley, appears and reveals that Spotty has been casting an illusion to trick them. Returning to the paranormals' apartment, Burnley is told of President Voigt's insidious intentions. Burnley visits Voigt at the White House and strips him of his powers. Burnley is killed in the battle, but returns alive three days later.

Synopsis
The paranormal dream killer pulls Justice into his mind. The killer toys with Justice then casts him out when he proves himself immune to Justice's powers. Keith Remsen contacts the madman's doctors that he is likely the one who has killed hundreds of people in their sleep. The doctor's await Remsen's arrival to verify his theory and decide to lobotomize the madman if it turns out to be true.
