Synopsis
The Cure, a paranormal who is able to remove the paranormal abilities of others, arrives in New York. Stephanie returns from Sheboygan and Dave is forced to choose between Merriam and her. After he chooses Stephanie, Merriam leaves for good. While Dave and Randy keep their powers, Merriam and Mutator have their powers removed by The Cure. Jenny decides to have her powers removed although it will likely end her relationship with Captain Manhattan. Before this happens, Scuzz attempts to harm The Cure, but, during the struggle, The Cure is able to remove Scuzz's powers.
