Synopsis
Having time-travelled to the past, Animal Man has a philosophical discussion with the Phantom Stranger, Immortal Man, and Jason Blood. In the present, Psycho Pirate returns several old characters (and several newly created characters) to continuity. But when he re-creates one very dangerous character, Animal Man is summoned by the aliens and James Hightower.

Indexer Notes

There are several other unidentified characters in the story, including one of the knights from Monty Python and the Holy Grail (complete with coconuts) and a character who may be Son of Vulcan.

Some characters noted by Fred Snyder via the GCD Error Tracker. Snyder also says:
Page 18: Red and blue costume with green cape and visor and Omega symbol on chest
Page 21: African-American 'Elongated Man' and possibly The Red Hood
Page 22: OMAC or possibly Nuklon

Snyder also notes that Overman being infected with a sex virus bears similarities to a Marshal Law (Marvel, 1987 series) storyline.
