The original solicitation for this issue gave the cover pencil credits to Greg Guler and the cover ink credits to Karl Kesel. Per MyComicShop.com and Michael Slark the cover was done by Dick Giordano. Per Slark, "The inks, at least, look like Dick Giordano, based on faces and ears, and the figures (especially Hawk's) look longer and leaner than those [that] Guler draws. Giordano may have penciled this cover as well."
