Synopsis
The Prankster sets out to make Superman the laughing stock of Metropolis. His antics include throwing custard pies in Superman's face and drawing a mustache on an official portrait. Superman retires from fighting crime and crooks run rampant. In disguise, Clark challenges The Prankster to the title of funniest man alive, during which he confesses to having been the cause of Superman losing face.
