Synopsis
Superman and Justice League Europe bring Monarch to this time when Waverider touches Captain Atom. Monarch kills Dove. Hawk kills his future self Monarch and adopts his identity.

Indexer Notes

Per Anthony Durrant via the GCD Error Tracker, Monarch was originally meant to be revealed as Captain Atom gone bad, but when someone divulged this plot twist to the fan press, Monarch was made to be Hawk of Hawk and Dove. See Back Issue #82 for details.
