- Freddy is selling papers one day when he sees a young boy driving a fire engine out of the firehouse, and he follows after him. When he later talks to the "boy", Captain Marvel Jr. is told by the boy that he is actually 25 years old, but he hasn't grown physically. His father had invented an elixir of youth and the boy had taken some. Now the young boy thinks like a man but acts like a child.
