Nel 1999 il Diabolik Club ha realizzato una sovra copertina per rendere la grafica simile ai restanti numeri della collana "Diabolik Swiisss".

Ristampa Diabolik Club 2006: tiratura limitata (1200 copie) con grafica coerente a quella dei successivi numeri della collana Swiisss (in testata Seconda Ristampa, Swiisss e costa nera) ma ripropone la storia ridisegnata da Luigi Marchesi (Diabolik 1/b).

Prima ristampa digitale (2017): riservata alla richiesta servizio arretrati (copia fedele all'originale con disegni di Zarcone).
