Synopsis
As the Outsiders puzzle out a false recording supposedly from Batman, something goes wrong with REMAC's programming and he explodes, destroying the team's headquarters and leaving Thunder in a coma. The team decides to break up, leaving Batgirl to vow to reform another band of Outsiders.
