- Synopsis
- Lena thinks the magazines and films are phony. She lives in an ordinary town, likes her parents, and has a nice, if not exciting, boyfriend. But Lena's world is turned upside down when Jack tells her he has met someone else. She tries to restrain herself, but goes to the hotel restaurant where they are eating and causes a scene. Nothing comes of it, as Jack marries Jane eventually and they leave town. Lena goes about her normal activities, but realizes that nothing will seem as real and certain anymore.
