Myra sighed sadly to herself as she and her employer came out of the conference room. In a fortnight's time her employer, Hugh Congreve, would probably be on his way to Rio de Janeiro, and her temporary work for him would be finished.

Synopsis
Two weeks before he has to return to Rio de Janeiro, a temporary worker's employer asks her to come to Rio with him as his wife, even though it is only their second date. She says yes and when they arrive at their new home, she discovers that her husband had previously been engaged to a woman who is now married to another man. The new wife also quickly realizes that there another woman who played a role in breaking up her husband's first engagement and now wants to break up her marriage to him.

Synopsis
A young woman laments only being able to get a tie as a Christmas present for her boyfriend when an old lady tells her that she owns the store and wants to give the young woman anything from the store she wants. The young woman looks at several options and dreams about how they would fit in their future life together. She finally settles on the motorbike he's always longed for. As she is telling her boyfriend, she turns around and the old lady has mysteriously vanished.
