Synopsis
When Ella's family moves from England to Adamsville in America's mid-west to take over the family trucking business after her dad's brother died, Ella is immediately attracted to Gil. He is hard-working and popular, but his family has been poor since the death of his father five years earlier. Ella's mother wants her to date someone from a wealthier family. Jed's father is the most influential man in Adamsville, but Jed is not as popular as Gil despite his wealth. Ella discovers that Jed has resorted to underhanded tactics in an attempt to undermine Gil's status.

Synopsis
When a friend is signed by an agent in a café, Nick tells Penny that he could be discovered there also. But when he arrives at the café in the morning, he sees Penny has a new job as a waitress in the hopes of being discovered too. While Nick is still upset about the customers eyeing Penny, a woman comes in and proclaims that she is going to make Penny one of the top models or her name isn't Margo Ann, the fab fashion designer. The next day Penny tells Nick she only wants to model their wedding dress. At the engagement party, Nick meets Penny's cousin who looks a lot like Margo Ann.
