Synopsis
Howard is handsome and the boss's son. When he takes an interest in Carol, all the other girls are jealous. He proposes to her and she tells him she wants time to think it over. Synopsis
Johnnie used to be at the top, but when his voice folded up on him he started standing in for demo discs and plays piano in the rehearsal rooms of Maureen's dad. Maureen thinks everyone takes advantage of Johnnie's niceness. When he writes a new song, Sylvie wants it for herself even though Maureen is convinced she would ruin it and another singer should feature his song.
