Synopsis
Stormwatch and Ripclaw try to protect Rainmaker from the Keepers who are trying to capture her. Because of their unauthorized invasion of Gamorra, however, they are blackmailed into letting the U.S. government take her.

Indexer Notes

Although published between Gen 13 (Image, 1994 series) #1 and 2, this would be the first chronological appearance of Rainmaker.
