Reprints, possibly from Dutch comic Jippo, where they originally appeared as Katoen en Pinbal. Every third strip has a date on it, ranging from 8.01.'76 - 8.08.'76.
Strip is an example of the "Ligne Claire" style of drawing, a term coined by Swarte in 1977.
