Those who know the truth about Tex Thompson and Dynaman plot to expose them at a Presidentially-requested gathering of heroes in Washington. But before they can make their move, Miss America announces that Thompson is the Ultra-Humanite. As Hell breaks loose, Hourman reveals that Dynaman is also really Adolf Hitler. The heroes try to take down Hitler, but need the help of a new kind of hero.
